Appearances are for everyone's enjoyment. Please help keep the event fun by maintaining a safe and fan friendly environment.

Mascots reserve the right to walk away from any appearance they deem unsafe or harmful. (No refunds.)

The client must provide secured parking and a private/secure dressing room for the mascots. (No public restrooms.)

The mascots do not speak, but communicate through pantomimes, posing for pictures, and signing autographs.

Appearances are kept to a maximum of 3 hours. All appearances include a 15 minute break. A travel fee of $.65/mile will be charged for appearances that are one hour away or more. The mileage count begins at the Taste of Diamond administrative office to the event location and back. This roundtrip travel fee will be mutually agreed upon prior to event.

50% Deposit Required to book Mascot and we will invoice your organization after the appearance.

Please do not pay the performer directly.
